Sealyham Terrier Stache Wins Best in Show at 2023 National Dog Show

The victory marks the 49th Best in Show prize for Stache, who beat out over 1850 dogs from 199 breeds and varieties.

Stache the Sealyham Terrier won Best in Show at the 22nd annual National Dog Show, beating out over 1850 dogs representing 199 breeds and varieties.
Stache's handler and owner, Margery Good, praised his performance and balance, noting that he deals easily with multiple things happening around him.
Before winning Best in Show, Stache won the Terrier group, going on to compete against the winners of the other six categories: Sporting, Working, Hound, Herding, Toy and Non-Sporting.
Pumpkin the Dalmatian, winner of the Non-Sporting Group, was named second place, or Reserve Best in Show.
Stache was the No. 2-ranked Terrier and No. 12-ranked All-Breed show dog in America before his win, and this marks his 49th Best in Show prize.
