Overview

• The Ranaghat–Bangaon–Sealdah service will leave Ranaghat at 7:11 am, reach Bangaon at 7:52 am, arrive Sealdah at 9:37 am, and return from Sealdah at 6:14 pm to terminate at Ranaghat at 8:41 pm.
• The Sealdah–Krishnanagar AC local will depart Sealdah at 9:48 am, reach Krishnanagar at 12:07 pm, and return at 1:30 pm to arrive Sealdah at 3:40 pm.
• Both services will run six days a week excluding Sundays, according to Eastern Railway.
• Fares start at Rs 35 for short trips, rising to Rs 120 to Bangaon, Rs 140 to Krishnanagar, and Rs 150 to Ranaghat.
• With these additions, Sealdah will operate three pairs of AC suburban trains linked to Ranaghat, alongside ongoing Metro interchange works, a foot overbridge at Dum Dum Cantonment, a planned New Garia loop line and traffic management upgrades at Sealdah.
