Seahawks WR Cade Johnson hospitalized with concussion after preseason game

Seahawks WR Cade Johnson was taken to Harborview Medical Center during halftime as a precaution after suffering a concussion.
Initial testing showed no other injuries beyond the concussion, and Johnson had full movement in his extremities.
It is unclear if Johnson will remain hospitalized overnight.
Johnson was injured during kickoff return and was evaluated in the medical tent before being stretchered off the field.
Fellow WR Dee Eskridge also injured his knee during the game, severity not yet determined.
