• ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on October 1 that Seattle is adding veteran running back Myles Gaskin to the practice squad.
• The Seahawks had a full 16-player practice squad, so a separate transaction is required to create space and has not been disclosed.
• The depth move follows Week 4 availability of Zach Charbonnet and Kenneth Walker III, who are both healthy.
• Gaskin starred at Washington, topping 1,200 rushing yards in four straight seasons and posting 1,380 yards with 21 touchdowns in 2017.
• Drafted in the seventh round by Miami in 2019, Gaskin logged 1,355 rushing yards with the Dolphins and had subsequent stops with the Vikings, Rams, Jaguars and Ravens, the latter releasing him in late August.
