SEACOR Marine Expands Board, Appoints Lisa P. Young

Lisa P. Young joins SEACOR Marine's Board of Directors, bringing 36 years of international experience in public accounting and professional services.

SEACOR Marine Holdings Inc. has increased its Board of Directors from five to six members.
Lisa P. Young, a retired senior partner at Ernst & Young, has been appointed as an independent member of the Board.
Young has extensive experience serving on various boards, including Valo Health, Accelus Inc., and Textainer Group Holdings Limited.
She holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
SEACOR Marine provides global marine and support transportation services to offshore energy facilities, operating a diverse fleet of offshore support vessels.
