• Ross Keegan, 20, of Rennell Road in Knotty Ash, admitted two counts of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
• He was arrested in Wrexham in July by Merseyside Police’s fugitive team on an outstanding warrant.
• Liverpool Crown Court sentenced him on September 19 to three years in a young offender institution.
• A five-year Criminal Behaviour Order limits him to one mobile phone and bars him from entering Wrexham.
• Detectives identified him as controller of the ‘Scouse Kane’ line under Operation Toxic, which they say removed a significant quantity of drugs from the streets.
