• Classic Stage Company confirmed Emmy and Golden Globe winner Scott Bakula as baker Aimable Castagnet opposite Ariana DeBose’s Genevieve.
• Previews begin Oct. 23 with an official opening on Nov. 11 and performances run through Dec. 14 at CSC’s Lynn F. Angelson Theater.
• The revival marks the first full-scale New York staging of the 1976 musical by Joseph Stein and Stephen Schwartz after its original Broadway closure.
• Gordon Greenberg directs the Off-Broadway transfer in partnership with Menier Chocolate Factory and Creative Partners Productions, following his 2024 London revival.
