Scorpio Sky Has Not Renewed AEW Contract

Overview

• Fightful reported that, as of AEW All Out in early October, Scorpio Sky had not signed a new deal with All Elite Wrestling.
• Reports say Sky remains under his current contract until it expires sometime in October but has not finalized an extension.
• His on‑screen use for AEW has fallen in recent years while he has worked more for AEW’s sister company Ring of Honor, including a late‑September ROH TV taping.
• Sky is an AEW original, a two‑time TNT Champion and a former AEW World Tag Team Champion, and he is part of the SkyFlight faction.
• Coverage and commentary speculate that WWE (particularly NXT) or other promotions could pursue Sky if he reaches free agency, a development that would add fuel to an active talent market this month.
