Overview
- Okinawa services start on 15 December 2025 with three weekly flights on Airbus A320 family aircraft; Chiang Rai services begin on 1 January 2026 with five weekly Embraer E190-E2 flights; Tokyo (Haneda) will see daily Boeing 787 operations from 1 March 2026.
- One-way economy fares are set at SGD128 for Chiang Rai and SGD190 for Okinawa and Haneda, with bookings now open via Scoot’s website and mobile app.
- Frequency increases on existing routes start in August with Bangkok and extend through March 2026 for Taipei, Sapporo, Jeju, Chiang Mai, Ipoh and Vienna.
- Following the additions, Scoot will operate 111 weekly flights to Thailand and 45 weekly flights to Japan, expanding its network to 76 destinations across 18 countries and territories.
- Leslie Thng said the network expansion aligns with Scoot’s strategy to enhance Asia-Pacific connectivity and address rising holiday travel demand.
