School Staff Charged With Forcing Special Needs Student To Eat His Own Vomit

Five staff members at an Indiana elementary school were charged with neglect and failure to report neglect after forcing a 7-year-old special education student to eat his vomit.
The teacher instructed the student that if he vomited at lunch, he would have to eat whatever he threw up.
