• Applications are open from September 18 through November 15, 2025, via the official portal sbiashascholarship.co.in.
• The programme will support 23,230 students across India, backed by an SBI commitment of Rs 90 crore for FY26.
• Eligibility requires Indian nationality, at least 75% marks or a 7.0 CGPA in the previous year, and family income caps of up to Rs 3 lakh for school students and Rs 6 lakh for college students.
• Dedicated categories cover Class 9–12, undergraduates and postgraduates at NIRF top 300 or NAAC A institutions, IIT and IIM scholars, medical students, study‑abroad aspirants, and SC/ST candidates pursuing higher education abroad at top‑200 QS universities.
• SBI Chairman Challa Sreenivasulu Setty framed the launch as part of the bank’s Platinum Jubilee, emphasizing support for talent that can contribute to the vision of a ‘Viksit Bharat by 2047.’
