The victory marks Ogier's continued dominance on the rally's iconic routes in southeast France, where he has been consistently strong since Thursday.
Ogier, driving for Toyota, finished nearly 20 seconds ahead of teammate Elfyn Evans, who secured second place, and Adrien Fourmaux, who placed third in his Hyundai debut.
The reigning WRC champion, Thierry Neuville, struggled with setbacks including a crash and a tire puncture, ultimately finishing in sixth place.
Ogier now leads the WRC standings but will take a planned break from competition, with the next race, Rally Sweden, scheduled for February 13-16.
