  • Police say he curated a bureaucratic persona using NIC-style email IDs, visiting cards, staged photos with officials, and multiple social media profiles that have since been taken down.
  • He kept upscale residences in Lucknow’s Gomti Nagar Extension and Noida’s Sector 35 to bolster the cover, and moved with private guards, including one seen in a police uniform.
  • An FIR under multiple BNS sections and IT-related provisions has been registered at Wazirganj police station, with inquiries extending across UP, Delhi, Uttarakhand, Bihar, and Madhya Pradesh.
