- On January 3, Hologram 1 vehicles with plates ending in 1, 3, 5, 7 or 9 must stay off the road from 5:00 to 22:00.
- Hologram 2 vehicles and those with foreign or out‑of‑area plates are barred from circulating all Saturday.
