Overview

• Neelesh, 23, left her Trilokpuri home on May 28 to visit a bank and was later strangled with her own scarf by her boyfriend, Satendra Yadav
• Yadav admitted he killed Neelesh after a fight over a Rs 5.25 lakh loan and growing suspicions of her infidelity
• A decomposed body matching Neelesh’s description was found on May 30 stuffed in a suitcase near the Sikheda canal in Hapur district
• Police seized Neelesh’s bank passbook, identity documents, two mobile phones and the TUV car used to transport her body during Yadav’s arrest
• Neelesh had been engaged on April 30 for a wedding in Etah district and had lent Yadav money to support him during her kidney treatment
