Overview

• Federal revenues reached 3.219 trillion pesos in the first half of 2025, marking a 10.3% real increase from the same period last year.
• Tax collections accounted for 2.836 trillion pesos of total revenues, led by income tax at 1.608 trillion, value-added tax at 764.7 billion and special production levies at 324.2 billion pesos.
• Receipts exceeded the programmed goal by achieving 102.8% compliance with the 2025 Federal Revenue Law.
• The SAT credits Plan Maestro 2025 for boosting equitable tax compliance by streamlining procedures and expanding its 66 million-strong taxpayer base.
• Additional funds are earmarked to finance schools, hospitals, roads and social programs across Mexico.
