- The benefit covers administrative sanctions issued by the Gerencia de Fiscalización y Control and the Gerencia de Movilidad Urbana, such as operating without a municipal license or lacking a valid Civil Defense certificate.
- Traffic tickets regulated by the National Traffic Regulations are excluded from this program.
- Payments can be made via the SAT website, Yape and affiliated banks or at SAT offices, and eligibility requires completing the transaction in a single operation by December 31, 2025.
