Sarva Foam Files DRHP for IPO

Most fresh proceeds will fund a Rs 90 crore rebonded PU foam plant with Rs 30 crore allocated to repay borrowings.

Overview

  • Sarva Foam, which filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI on Thursday, October 1, 2026, proposed an IPO made up of a fresh issue of up to 54 lakh equity shares and an offer-for-sale of up to 13.5 lakh shares by promoter Kunal Giani.
  • The company says it will use Rs 90 crore from the fresh issue to build a new rebonded polyurethane foam manufacturing facility and devote Rs 30 crore to repay or prepay certain borrowings.
  • Sarva Foam reported revenue of Rs 206.12 crore in FY26, up from Rs 174.84 crore in FY25, and disclosed an annual manufacturing capacity of 15,500 tonnes across four plants in Dadri, Silvassa and Krishnagiri.
  • The DRHP names Beeline Capital Advisors as book-running lead manager and Bigshare Services as registrar, proposes listings on the NSE and BSE, and leaves open a possible pre-IPO placement and a standard investor allocation mix for QIBs, retail and non-institutional buyers.
  • The company says it is the country’s largest rebonded PU foam exporter and cites a D&B estimate that it held about 33% of India’s rebonded PU foam market in FY26, a position that expansion and listed funding could strengthen for export and domestic buyers.
