• Raghav Shrestha crashed Oct. 5 near the bottom of “Muskie Hill” in Northside Park in Sartell, Minnesota.
• A 10-year-old friend called 911, a passing CPR instructor located the scene and began CPR, and first responders continued life-saving efforts.
• He regained vital signs at a local hospital, was airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center, and was placed on life support in the pediatric ICU.
