Overview

• Ukrainian director Sergei Loznitsa will preside over the feature film competition jury at the 31st Sarajevo Film Festival.
• Jury members include Dragan Mićanović, Emanuel Pârvu, Ena Sendijarević and Berlinale director Tricia Tuttle.
• The festival opens on August 15 with the world premiere of Dino Mustafić’s Bosnian dark comedy The Pavilion.
• Loznitsa will present a retrospective of his award-winning work during the festival.
• The event concludes on August 22 with the Heart of Sarajevo awards ceremony, where competition winners will be revealed and Paolo Sorrentino will receive an Honorary Heart of Sarajevo award.
