• On Oct. 11, Gellar shared a throwback Instagram video of herself hugging Trachtenberg, set to Charlie Puth and Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again.”
• Her caption recalled meeting Trachtenberg as a teen and included, “I can’t imagine what 40 would have been like… This I know … it would be filled with love. Happy birthday @michelletrachtenberg.”
• Gellar and Trachtenberg first met on All My Children in the early 1990s and later worked together on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, where Trachtenberg played Dawn Summers.
