Santa Rosa Mother and Grandmother Arrested in Infant Fentanyl Exposure Case

  • A search warrant at the apartment uncovered narcotics paraphernalia, methamphetamine and black tar heroin in areas accessible to the children.
  • Watson, 35, was booked on one count of felony child endangerment while Hansel, 54, faces child endangerment and drug possession charges.
  • Child Protective Services removed all four children, ages 11 months to 9 years, from Watson’s custody and they remain in CPS care pending legal proceedings.
