Santa Fe Revives Billetera Wallet With Up to $20,000 in Monthly Reimbursements

The public–private plan shifts reimbursement costs to merchants and Banco Santa Fe, starting with 51 local supermarkets before a wider rollout.

Overview

  • The province signed a relaunch agreement effective through March 2026 with the Rosario Supermarkets Chamber and Banco Santa Fe.
  • Users can receive up to $10,000 back on purchases made with virtual balance or any debit card, plus an additional $10,000 when paying in one charge with a Banco Santa Fe credit card.
  • Reimbursement costs are split equally between participating businesses and Banco Santa Fe, with no provincial fiscal outlay.
  • The initial network covers 51 supermarkets and nearby self-service stores in the region, and officials say expansion to the city of Santa Fe and the rest of the province will follow in the coming days.
  • The updated app supports QR payments, credit card use, installment purchases, and remunerated balances, and the list of participating stores is available at https://sf.gob.ar/billetera.
