Sanjay Seth Hails NCC Cadets at Republic Day Camp in Delhi

He cast the Corps as a living bridge between past and future to rally youth for a Viksit Bharat.

The Minister of State for Defence addressed cadets at the ongoing NCC Republic Day Camp at Delhi Cantonment on January 18.
He urged a swadeshi mindset, citing the rise in Indian startups from about 800 to over two lakh under Startup India.
He praised 15 cadets for the 1,300 km Veer Birsa Munda Cyclothon from Ranchi to Delhi and noted 10 cadets summited Mount Everest in 2025.
He received a guard of honour and toured the Flag Area and Hall of Fame exhibits showcasing NCC history, training and social themes.
A day earlier, Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh lauded the NCC's seven-decade civic service, citing Operation Sindoor, Yamuna cleanup, Wayanad flood relief, and cadet achievements in sports and adventure.
