- The five-title program will compete for the Culinary Zinema Prize, endowed with €10,000.
- Closing the section is Uno de los nuestros, directed by Jorge Fernández Mayoral and Virginia Jönas Urigüen, which portrays Joan Roca through testimonies from 20 chefs holding a total of 70 Michelin stars.
- Culinary Zinema events run September 23–26 at the Basque Culinary Center with small-format dinners set at tables of ten.
- Faculty and students from the Basque Culinary Center will participate in the themed dinners that accompany four of the films.
- The lineup also features Pen-Ek Ratanaruang’s Morte Cucina, Nan Feix’s Mam, Tetsu, Txispa, Hoshi about Tetsuro Maeda, and Jota Urondo, un cocinero impertinente about Javier Urondo, with the final dinner on September 26 led by Joan Roca and Dani García.
