Overview

- The fleeing vehicle lost control and hit a fire hydrant in front of an apartment complex on Ivy Hill Way, after which four occupants ran from the car.
- Police arrested driver Anthony Parsons, 24, of Oakley, and Rafael Gonzalez, 20, of Antioch, with Parsons booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and both booked on theft-related and resisting charges at the Martinez Detention Facility.
