San Jose School Stabbing Leaves Student Hospitalized

A fight between two students at an East San Jose charter school resulted in one being hospitalized and the other in custody.

The incident occurred Thursday morning on the 14000 block of Story Road, home to multiple charter school campuses.
San Jose police responded to reports of a fight between two juvenile students at around 8:28 a.m.
One student suffered non-life-threatening injuries from the stabbing and was taken to the hospital.
The suspected attacker, a similarly aged boy, was arrested by police at the scene.
Authorities are conducting an extensive investigation on campus and have requested people avoid the area.
