San Francisco Salami Heir Arrested for Assaulting Officers During Jan. 6 Capitol Riot

Frank Peter Molinari Giorgi Jr. faces multiple felony and misdemeanor charges for his alleged involvement in the 2021 Capitol breach.

Frank Peter Molinari Giorgi Jr., 36, was arrested in San Francisco on January 15, 2025, for his alleged actions during the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot.
He is charged with felony assault, resisting or impeding officers, and obstruction of law enforcement during a civil disorder, along with several misdemeanor offenses.
Prosecutors allege Giorgi attacked officers in two separate incidents, including striking one officer in the head and later pulling another officer to the ground by the head and neck.
Video and body-worn camera footage reportedly captured Giorgi participating in the riot, wearing distinct red and yellow hats in different incidents.
This arrest is part of the ongoing investigation into the Capitol breach, which has resulted in over 1,583 arrests, including more than 600 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement.
