Overview

• Officers arrested 25 individuals in the Tenderloin during Tuesday’s operation.
• They recovered more than 380 grams of narcotics, including fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine and heroin.
• A loaded illegal firearm was seized and several suspects were taken into custody on outstanding warrants.
• The raids spanned multiple blocks—6th Street, Golden Gate Avenue, Grove Street and Hyde Street—and involved beat officers, the narcotics unit and San Francisco Sheriff’s deputies.
• Acting Chief Paul Yep said the mission builds on prior crackdowns that have reduced crime and improved street conditions in key city hotspots.
