San Diego Zoo Unveils First Photos of New Giant Pandas

Yun Chuan and Xin Bao, the first pandas in the U.S. in 21 years, are settling into their new habitat.

The pandas arrived from China on June 27 and are acclimating well in a private habitat.
Yun Chuan, a nearly five-year-old male, can be identified by his long, pointed nose.
Xin Bao, a nearly four-year-old female, is known for her large, round face and fluffy ears.
Zoo staff are collaborating with Chinese experts to meet the pandas' dietary needs.
Public viewing of the pandas will begin in several weeks after they have fully settled.
