San Diego Wave and NWSL Sued for Alleged Misconduct and Toxic Workplace

The lawsuit claims the NWSL investigated the Wave twice but failed to take action, highlighting a toxic work culture.
The plaintiffs seek compensatory damages for lost wages and emotional distress, as well as punitive damages.
Jill Ellis, Wave President, is not named in the lawsuit but has previously filed a defamation suit against one of the plaintiffs over similar allegations.
