Overview

  • Consolidated net profit rose 19.6% to ₹1,050.5 crore in Q4 FY25 on a 6% rise in revenue to ₹29,316.8 crore.
  • The board approved a 1:2 bonus share issuance, granting one free share for every two held, subject to shareholder approval at the August AGM.
