Samuel L. Jackson Cast as 'Black Godfather' in Peacock's 'Fight Night'

The series, also starring Kevin Hart, tells the story of a major heist during Muhammad Ali's 1970 comeback fight.

Samuel L. Jackson has been cast in the upcoming Peacock limited series 'Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist', joining Kevin Hart.
Jackson will portray Frank Moten, a notorious gangster known as the 'Black Godfather' by New York tabloids.
The series is based on the true story of a major heist that took place during the after-party of Muhammad Ali's 1970 comeback fight.
Craig Brewer, who previously worked with Jackson on 'Black Snake Moan', will direct the first two episodes.
The series is based on the iHeartPodcast of the same name and is set to be produced by Universal Television for Peacock.
