Samsung Unveils Galaxy A-Series Phones With 6 Years of Updates

The Galaxy A56, A36, and A26 offer premium features like 120Hz displays and AI tools at budget-friendly prices.

Samsung announced the Galaxy A56, A36, and A26 smartphones, priced at $500, $400, and $300 respectively, during Mobile World Congress 2025.
All three phones feature 6.7-inch AMOLED displays with 120Hz refresh rates, 5,000mAh batteries, and IP67 water resistance ratings.
The Galaxy A56 offers upgraded AI-powered photo editing tools, including enhanced portrait mode and Object Eraser, and is powered by Samsung's Exynos 1580 chip with 8GB of RAM.
Both the A36 and A26 use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processors with 6GB of RAM, and all models promise six years of software updates, including Android OS upgrades.
The Galaxy A36 and A26 will be available in the U.S. starting March 26 and March 28, while the Galaxy A56 is set to launch later in the year.
