  • The initial builds are F741NKSU2CYI6 for the Z Flip 6 and F956NKSU2CYI7 for the Z Fold 6, carrying the September 1, 2025 security patch.
  • Beta participants are receiving roughly 600 MB final patches first, with a full over-the-air package of about 4 GB expected for wider users shortly.
  • The update brings Adaptive Clock, Now Brief daily summaries, and Knox Enhanced Encrypted Protection (KEEP), plus refreshed designs in My Files, Quick Share and Samsung Internet.
  • Samsung DeX and Secure Folder see improvements, and Galaxy AI adds tools such as AI Select and Audio Eraser alongside usability tweaks in core apps.
  • Leak reporting indicates One UI 8.5 is in development with a new startup logo, compact settings and pill-style navigation, tentatively targeted for early 2026.
