Samsung Locks in India Pricing for Slim Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7 and Flip7 FE

Samsung has locked in India prices for its slimmest foldables ahead of a July 25 launch, with a tri-fold model due by year-end.

  • India pricing is now official for Samsung’s foldable trio, with the Galaxy Z Fold7 starting at ₹174,999, the Flip7 at ₹109,999 and the entry-level Flip7 FE at ₹89,999; pre-orders include free storage upgrades and up to 24-month no-cost EMI, and sales kick off on July 25.
  • Measuring just 8.9 mm when folded (4.2 mm unfolded) and weighing 215 g, the Z Fold7 is Samsung’s slimmest, lightest model yet but forgoes S Pen support to achieve its thin profile.
  • All three phones are branded as Galaxy AI devices, integrating on-device tools such as Gemini Live, Now Bar and Now Brief within the Android 16-based One UI 8 interface.
  • The Z Fold7 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor with up to 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage, while the Flip7 runs on Samsung’s Exynos 2500 and features a 6.9-inch inner display and 4.1-inch Super AMOLED cover screen.
  • Samsung executives have confirmed that the company is actively developing its first tri-fold smartphone, targeting a commercial launch by the end of 2025 as the next step in its foldable roadmap.
