Overview

  • The update is currently rolling out to Galaxy Watch Ultra users in India, the United States and additional markets.
  • One UI 8 Watch is built on Google’s Wear OS 6 and comes pre-installed on the new Galaxy Watch 8 and Watch 8 Classic models.
  • The software revamps the interface with Multi-Info Tiles and Samsung’s Now Bar for streamlined navigation.
  • New health and fitness tools include an Antioxidant Index, Bedtime Guidance, Vascular Load monitoring and a Running Coach feature.
  • The 1.9 GB download bundles May 2025 security patches, and Samsung has not yet announced availability for Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch 6 series.
