Samsung Galaxy S25 to Feature Seamless A/B System Updates

The Galaxy S25 series, launching in early 2025, will include seamless updates through Android's A/B system, allowing users to install updates without downtime.
This update method uses two partitions, enabling the device to continue operating on one while updates install on the other, reducing the risk of device bricking.
Samsung previously tested seamless updates on the Galaxy A55, and the S25 series will be the first flagship to incorporate this feature.
Current Galaxy S24 and S23 models will not support seamless updates due to hardware limitations, requiring a full-system reboot for updates.
