The Galaxy S24 Ultra starts at $1,300 for 256 GB of internal memory, with options for 512 GB and 1 TB of storage.
The phone features a titanium frame, a 6.8-inch, 120 Hz flat display, and a camera with a 5x optical zoom lens on the 50 MP telephoto lens.
Samsung is offering up to $750 in trade-in value for certain older models, and pre-order deals include double the storage and up to $150 in Samsung credit.
The phone also features new generative AI features, including an Instant Slow-mo feature and a Generative Edit mode for photo editing.
