  • Android 16–based One UI 8 began reaching the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra in Europe and India, marking the lineup’s fourth and final OS upgrade with roughly one more year of security patches to follow.
  • In the United States, the Galaxy S23 series received One UI 8 on both unlocked and carrier-locked models, while carrier variants of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Z Fold 5 also picked up the update.
  • The Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4 updates rolled out across parts of Africa, Asia, and Europe, arriving as downloads of over 3GB with builds F721BXXUAIYIF and F936BXXUAIYIF and including the October 2025 security patch.
