Sampo Reports Oct. 1 Buybacks, Files Manager Share Grants Under LTIP
The purchases form part of a EUR 200 million programme authorized in April with disclosures made under EU market rules.

- On 1 October 2025, Sampo repurchased 314,787 A shares at a daily weighted average price of about EUR 9.75 across AQEU, CEUX, TQEX and XHEL with Morgan Stanley acting on its behalf.
- After the latest transactions, Sampo holds 13,554,407 A shares, equal to 0.50% of the company’s total shares.
- Managers’ transactions were reported as receipts under the 2020:1 long‑term incentive scheme on 29–30 September on Nasdaq Helsinki at unit prices of EUR 9.7504 and EUR 9.7644.
- Ingrid Janbu Holthe received 36,456 shares in total, comprising 18,241 on 29 September and 18,215 on 30 September.
- Ville Talasmäki received 16,690 shares in total, and two filings for Klas Svensson reported receipts totaling 9,671 and 9,288 shares for the same two dates.
