Sam Smith to Reopen San Francisco’s Castro Theatre With 8-Show February 2026 Residency

Tickets go on sale Oct. 7 following a $41 million overhaul approved by city preservation bodies.

  • Smith’s “To Be Free: San Francisco” run is set for Feb. 10, 11, 13, 14, 17, 18, 20 and 21 at the 103-year-old venue.
  • Presale begins Oct. 6, with general tickets available Oct. 7 for the Castro Theatre’s first events since February 2024.
