Salman Khan’s Battle of Galwan Begins Mumbai Shoot in Early August

  • Principal photography is set to begin in the first week of August at Mumbai’s Mehboob Studio with a planned 10–12 day schedule.
  • The production will relocate to Ladakh for night shoots, high-altitude endurance training and realistic combat sequences.
  • Salman Khan has been undergoing rigorous training since May, including high-altitude conditioning, cold-water exercises and combat choreography.
  • A dedicated production design team is constructing detailed studio sets to recreate 2020 Galwan Valley landscapes and military settings.
  • The film, directed by Apoorva Lakhia and based on Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh’s India’s Most Fearless 3, will aim for a January release instead of the traditional Eid window.
