Salesforce Raises Cloud Software Prices 6% and Launches New Agentforce AI Tiers

Overview

  • Salesforce will raise list prices by an average of 6% for Enterprise and Unlimited Editions of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and select Industry Clouds starting August 1, 2025.
  • The CRM leader is introducing new AI tiers with Agentforce add-ons priced from $125 per user per month and Agentforce1 Editions starting at $550 per user per month.
  • Slack Business+ pricing will increase from $12.50 to $15 per user per month and a new Slack Enterprise+ plan will be offered with bundled Agentforce1 Editions.
  • Salesforce reported fiscal first-quarter revenue of $9.83 billion, topping consensus estimates and raising its full-year fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to $41–41.3 billion.
  • The company plans to hire 2,000 sales personnel to sell AI products and is advancing an $8 billion acquisition of Informatica to enhance its data integration capabilities.
