Salesforce Launches Agentforce 360 With Voice, Slack Rollout and Deep OpenAI–Anthropic Integrations

Salesforce Agentforce 360 adds agent script prompting tool

Overview

  • New agreements embed OpenAI’s GPT-5 and Anthropic’s Claude into the ecosystem, bringing Agentforce 360 into ChatGPT for corporate data queries, Tableau charts and agent development, with Anthropic support targeting regulated industries.
  • Agentforce 360 is live with Agentforce Voice for phone conversations, integrating with Amazon, Five9, Genesys, Nice and Vonage, while Agent Script and Agentforce Builder enter beta in November to program and deploy agents with reasoning models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google.
  • Core Agentforce apps begin surfacing inside Slack this month with a phased expansion through early 2026, as Slack pilots a more personalized Slackbot and readies enterprise search connectors for Gmail, Outlook and Dropbox in early 2026.
  • Salesforce cites roughly 12,000 Agentforce implementations and names pilots such as Lennar, Adecco and Pearson, with Heathrow’s ‘Hallie’ agent reported to resolve passenger questions 40% faster after training on 800 knowledge articles.
