The multiyear plan backs Slack-based AI agents with promised betas and pilots to spur enterprise adoption.

Overview

  • Agentforce 360 adds new agent-building and prompting tools, including Agent Script and Agentforce Builder with Vibes, with both entering beta in November.
  • The platform enables “reasoning” agents powered by Anthropic, OpenAI and Google Gemini to handle more complex instructions and if/then workflows.
  • Slack becomes a primary interface as Agentforce Sales, IT, HR and Tableau start surfacing in Slack this month with rollouts extending into early 2026, and a more personalized Slackbot is in pilot.
  • Agentforce Voice introduces phone conversations with interruptible calls, tunable tone and pronunciation, and integrations with Amazon, Five9, Genesys, Nice and Vonage.
  • Salesforce cites more than 12,000 Agentforce implementations and early pilots at Lennar, Adecco and Pearson, while Heathrow’s “Hallie” agent reports 40% faster customer query resolution; Dreamforce runs Oct. 14–16 as the company commits $15 billion to a San Francisco AI incubator and workforce programs.
