Saints tight end Foster Moreau announces he is cancer-free after treatment

Moreau was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma in March after a physical with the Saints.
He underwent treatment including infusion and medication before signing with the Saints in May.
Despite his diagnosis, Moreau fully participated in offseason practice with the Saints.
Moreau expressed gratitude for the support he received during treatment.
Moreau has had a four-year career in the NFL, previously playing for the Raiders.
