Thomas and Lattimore are not expected to miss the rest of the season, but are still waiting for second opinions from doctors.
Lattimore and Thomas both had significant injuries last season, with Lattimore playing only seven games and Thomas missing most of the 2020 and all of the 2021 season.
The Saints' next game is against the Atlanta Falcons on Nov. 26.
