Overview
- Saif Ali Khan created an official, verified Instagram account that drew attention on Monday after outlets reported his debut.
- His first post is a carousel of photos from the Pataudi Library captioned, "Pataudi Library.. Judging books by their cover..," emphasizing personal and heritage imagery rather than film promotion.
- The account is followed publicly by his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif currently follows only her, a detail outlets used to confirm the profile’s authenticity.
- Saif has long kept a low public profile and in 2024 said he used a private or “secret” Instagram sparingly and considered deleting it because he found social media addictive.
- Professionally, the move comes after Haiwaan’s weak box-office showing and ahead of a confirmed Netflix project, Hum Hindustani, with unverified reports about Race 4 remaining speculative and not officially announced.
