Ryanair Check-In at Manchester Airport Moves to Terminal 1 From Oct. 21

The shift supports Terminal 3’s overhaul, with passengers screened in Terminal 1 before being routed to Terminal 3’s lounge.

Overview

  • Departing Ryanair customers will use Terminal 1 Departures A for check-in and new security lanes, then follow signed routes into Terminal 3’s departure lounge.
  • Arrivals remain unchanged, with inbound Ryanair flights continuing to arrive at Terminal 3.
  • Manchester Airport and Ryanair confirmed the change via updates on Oct. 1–2, stating it begins Oct. 21 and stays in place until Terminal 1 closes and its entrance is redesignated for Terminal 3.
  • Drop-off and pick-up options include Terminal 1 upper or lower forecourts, the Terminal 3 pick-up area, and a free drop-off zone with up to 60 minutes’ parking and a 24/7 shuttle to Terminal 1.
  • Existing FastTrack or TimeSlot bookings and Meet & Greet or multi-storey parking remain valid, and ABM staff and airport colleagues will be on hand to assist passengers.
